The Miller Trailblazer comes in four different base models – The Trailblazer 275 DC, Trailblazer 302, Trailblazer 302 Diesel, and Trailblazer Pro 350 D. These are heavy duty welders that are geared towards the professional. They’re often used in fabrication, structural and pipe welding, heavy construction, and maintenance and repair applications.



The Trailblazer 275 DC is a D.C. welder with A.C. generator that’s available with 3 different engine configurations. A gasoline powered 23 hp Kohler, an LP gas powered 25 hp Kohler engine, or a gasoline powered 22 hp Subaru engine. The welder rating is 275 amps @ 100% duty cycle, and the generator has a 9500 watt, continuous power output rating.



The Trailblazer 302 and 302 diesel models are A.C./D.C. welder generators with a 9500 watt A.C. generator output. Their D.C. welding power rating is 280 amps D.C. @ 100% duty cycle, and the A.C. rating is 200 amps @ 100% duty cycle. The Trailblazer 302 is available with either a gasoline powered 23 hp Kohler or a 22 hp Subaru. It’s also available with a 25 hp LP gas powered Kohler. The Trailblazer 302 diesel is equipped with a 19 hp Kubota engine.



Finally, the Trailblazer PRO 350 D is the top of the line Trailblazer model. It has both the highest welding output power (300 amps D.C. @ 100% duty cycle, 200 amps A.C. @ 60% duty cycle), and generator output (12000 watts continuous output). This welder comes with a 26 hp 3 cylinder Kubota diesel.
