20 July 2010, 1:00 pmImmediate need for an Auto Mechanic for a HVAC company with 65-70 vehicle fleet. Must have a clean driving record and pass drug test and background check. Must have a valid NC Driver's license and own tools. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: R/R Motors and Transmissions, Brake Work, A/C Work, Tire work and General Maintenance. Welding a plus. Have a all GMC and Chevy vehicles... no big trucks and no diesels. We do have one Ford Ranger that we use as a delivery truck. Full time work, when there are no repairs or services to be done, mechanic works in our warehouse and sheet metal shop. Average of 45-50 hours per week. No weekend work except for an occasional emergency repair on Saturday, very, very rare but it could happen. Great pay with Benefits! Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Insurance and 401K. We offer AFLAC supplemental insurance also. This person would be in charge of all vehicles, scheduling services and doing routine maintenances. We have a Challenger Lift, automatic oil machine, tire machine, tire balancer, scan tool, wire welder, jacks, stands and a Transmission Flush machine.
